Prince's classic 1984 soundtrack album that stormed the world. It's still good to this day, despite some dating 80s keyboards. Much better than the film! I bought this to compensate for the fact that I passed up an amazing European pressing that I saw in Europe (for about 25 euros). I may never know what that pressing sounded like, but at least I have a really nice copy now.

| Great sounding record of course. It's a classic. I listened to this back to back against my original copy and this is just as good, only a lot cleaner and sharper. | |
Pressing Quality: |

| Very good. I think they used the original analog masters here. It sounds clean and clear like a CD, but with the broader range you expect from vinyl. | |

| Extremely clean and quiet pressing. No complaints. | |
Overall Artwork: |

| Well, the original artwork was always a little cheesy. This is an exact replication, down to the unreadable lyrics on the insert. It might have been nice to have some extras though in a relatively pricey repressing. | |
Overall Extras: |

| None to speak of, though the anti static heavy plastic inner sleeve at least keeps the record clean. | |
